Leslie was a very good adviser throughout the 1.5 years of planning. We were the most value seeking couple as we demanded high quality at the right value. Leslie's recommendations were on point.
On the day of the wedding, Leslie and her team ensured the the wedding went smoothly. We had a fully packed schedule with lots of entertainment during the reception. For couples who can't afford the planning package, you should still try to get Leslie and her team to do the "day of" execution.

I recently DJ'd at a wedding at which Leslie Weekes of Leslie-Manning Events was planner/coordinator. I was mightily impressed by her.
For one thing, she reached out to other vendors in advance -- not only sharing her detailed draft schedule but proactively soliciting input and suggestions. As a fellow professional vendor who is very hands-on with my wedding clients, I cannot tell you how much I appreciated that. And it's the smart thing to do. It really is.
For another thing, Leslie and her team of young, enthusiastic assistants did a wonderful job on the "day of" -- in this case, helping to coordinate a fairly elaborate and multi-faceted event, doing so with energy and grace and good humor -- and contributing greatly to a wedding reception that was, by all accounts, a smashing success.

Leslie was an absolute pleasure to work with! Throughout the planning process she was responsive and sent me reminders regarding vendor payments. In addition, she kept the vendors in the loop regarding changes to the wedding day schedule. Just like Leslie, her team was phenomenal on the wedding day. I did not feel stressed at all on my wedding day despite the small hiccups here and there (The DJ was over two hours late), and it is because her staff made sure that everything ran smoothly.
